How we determine what is “sin” and what is “not sin” is a very important matter. We need to be absolutely sure. That’s because God wants us to rid our lives of any, and all, sin. Therefore, God has established that His Word, the Bible, will guide us into all truth, including the truth about what is “sin.”
Psalm 119:9-11
9 How can a young man keep his way pure? By keeping it according to Your Word. 10 With all my heart I have sought You; Do not let me wander from Your commandments. 11 Your Word I have treasured in my heart, that I may not sin against You.
