As God gave His Son, He did it in love for the world. We can, and we should, take and share the Gospel of His love, through His Son, to those in the part of that world in which He has placed us. But we can also share His vision for the rest of the world through the resource of intercessory prayer…and our world certainly needs our prayers that they may come to salvation in Jesus.

John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

1 Timothy 2:1-4

1 First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority… 3 This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
