We all encounter times of disappointment in our lives. There are all kinds of sources of disappointment. Usually, the most difficult to bear is when a friend or a loved one disappoints us in some way.  However, there is someone who will never, ever, disappoint us…never. His name is Jesus and we have His Word on it. In fact, not only will He never disappoint us, He will also completely satisfy us.

Romans 10:11

For the Scripture says, “WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.”

Psalm 107:8-9

8 Let them give thanks to the LORD for His lovingkindness, And for His wonders to the sons of men! 9 For He has satisfied the thirsty soul, And the hungry soul He has filled with what is good.
