We all tend to complain about things from time to time. The Psalmist, David, had complaints, but he knew where to take them to find a listening ear and to get them resolved. He took them, not to another human being…but to God. God can, and will, make the necessary changes to the situation, and the change He makes might be in you.

Psalm 142:1-2

1 I cry aloud to the LORD; I lift up my voice to the LORD for mercy.

2 I pour out my complaint before Him; before Him I tell my trouble.

1 Peter 5:6-7

6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, 7 casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
