Many, many people in this world live with many kinds of fear. That’s not good. In fact, it’s destructive.  However, there is one fear that everyone needs to have…and it’s a good fear. It’s called “the fear of the Lord.” Proverbs 9:10 tells us that “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. ”  Psalm 128:1 assures us that “Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord”…who reverences God and trusts in His Son, Jesus, for salvation…and that’s an eternally, spiritually, healthy fear that everyone needs. Romans 8:1 says that, “There is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus”…an, therein, lies complete deliverance from all of that destructive fear.
